Iterum 2 (Terra Nova)

Axey’s POV We were assigned to patrol the now lost city. It seemed there was no more Reptilian spaceships on the sky here. Not in plain sight, at least. I checked the radar. Nope, nothing. I sighed as I watched from the main window of my cabin the now destroyed cities and buildings. There was no sign of what was a normal peaceful, loving society before. It was all destroyed now. I saw some of those lizzies fighting against our people. Seeing the horrendous scenery below, I wondered, how Kay’la was doing? Flashbacks of beautiful cities back in Sirius A, surrounded by nature filled my mind. Different extraterrestrial races lived in peace and harmony. Any conflicts or arguments were easily solved. No fighting necessary. Wish all this would end soon… But well. That’s how life it is sometimes. Back to reality. A message popped in my head “guys, uhm, I need backup. Right now.” My sister Ali’ryn who was laying down back in one of the rooms (or so I thought) instantly teleported to me, staring at me. With one look we understood each other perfectly, so often words weren’t needed. I nodded and proceed to find a location so our beamship could land safely. Telepathy was one of the great tools that helped us tremendously, not only in daily life, but in situations like these, where technology wasn’t an option. It allowed us to send large amounts of information, not only messages, but also the current emotional state of the person we were talking to, their exact location, any pictures possible (imagined or not), and so much more. “Kay’la, we’re coming. Hold on.” Both Ali and I received an image of the situation. Dammit. I could feel her heart pumping like crazy. We silently landed near a Reptilian spaceship, that’s where Kay told us she was. I activated the invisible mode as my sister and I rushed outside with our phasers ready. There she was. Beautiful as always. Even though both of us knew how she was feeling, she was trying to look calm and focused to regain mental clarity. I stared at her for a brief moment before looking at our surroundings to evaluate the situation. Ali’ryn was next to me, with the gun prepared for shooting at any moment, her feline cat ears straight up. “Axey, I feel we are not alone”“What do you mean? There’s just one lizard. We will finish him off quickly.”“Oh really? You really think we are SO easy to beat?” The reptilian turned around seeing us, and nodded, smirking. Three of them appeared behind us. “Now this is surely going to get interesting” the lizard chuckled. I hissed. Then everything happened very fast. The lizard attacked Kay’la by shooting at her, but she quickly dodged the phaser by teleporting behind him. With a gentle tap on his right shoulder she made him turned around aggressively to shoot again, yet she used this exact moment to kick as hard as she could on his crotch area. Kay’la’s POV The lizzie groaned in pain once he received the hit. I looked at Axey and his sister, surrounded by three of them. I had to think fast. The reptilian was already coming for me so I jumped at him, making him fall and landed near my friends, forming a triangle with our backs as we kept on defending ourselves. “A little bit of a distraction won’t hurt hahah. Now.. where were we?” Ali’ryn took her phaser out. “Guys, on the count of three” “One” “Two” Before I could turn my head to see what was happening, Ali and I felt physical pain coming from one of us. I turned my head quickly to see Axey with a bloody wound on his tummy caused by one of the reptilian’s retractable sharp blades. I gave him a worried look, only to receive a smile from him before finally shooting. “Three!” We shot at the same time, each one from a different angle, making sure the reptiloids physical bodies were completely destroyed. “Aagh!” Axey fell to the ground, holding his hand on his stomach area trying to stop the blood. “Axey!!” Ali’ryn caught him in time. She told me where they landed the beamship, as I ran towards it. Activating its visibility I ran to the medical room, getting one of the portable levitating white beds for these types of urgencies. We carefully placed Axey’s body and ran back to the ship, taking off. Ali took charge of the cabin. Meanwhile, I carried him to the white room to inspect his wounds. I looked at him. “It’s going to be okay, don’t worry”. Axey weakly smiled holding my hand tightly. Years of work in the Arcturian Council helped me to learn a lot about healing, both in a physical and energetic level. Now was finally the time to put this knowledge into practice. I cleaned the blood from his hands and body and told him to relax. The wound had reached his intestines but luckily it wasn’t that serious. I smiled in relief remembering that one of our physiology traits, consisted in our quick healing process compared to those of Earth humans. I took a deep breath and got ready for the healing procedure, placing three clear quartz crystals surrounding the white bed so the energy would completely cover his body. In our civilization, each individual was assigned to a specific task (or profession) based on his vibrational frequency, our personal soul energy imprint in our auras. Beings with predominant blue and green tones in their aura were the most common healers in our society. People with red and orange auras were usually assigned for missions, both in our galaxy and other intergalactic journeys outside of it. The ones with yellow tones in their aura were usually intellectuals and teachers. Those who are in charge of taking care of the children must have violet as the predominant colour in their auras, for only the wisest souls are allowed to associate with the young. As for the ones with purple and white tones of the colour spectrum – they were usually in high positions in galactic federations and councils as leaders, masters and advisors. This obviously changed in a flexible way depending on the soul incarnations and wisdom learnt from each lifetime. Connecting to the cosmic love energy, I let it flow through my body to my sparkling light aqua blue hand, my healing turquoise aura becoming clearly visible at plain sight. I then placed my right hand some centimetres above the wound, initiating the healing process. I watched as Axey’s initial pain facial expressions turned to more peaceful breathing, along with his predominant red aura, which was coming to its original vibrant tones again. Ali’ryn entered the room after setting the autopilot. “How’s he?” I stroked his wavy brown hair softly making him purr, his face showing a weak, yet now fully calmed smile, and his feline ears relaxing to the touches. I stood up. “Better. He’ll be back with his puns in a couple of hours, you’ll see”. We giggled. I checked his wounds in his (now better) looking light orange cat skin. Way better, but still needed some time. “He needs lots of rest to recover though” I pointed out smirking. “Hey sis” Ali smiled and sat near him. “We beat them eh”. She chuckled. “I think we should be back in the mothership by now”. “True. I’ll go check the cabin” I said, walking away.
