Who is this workbook for?

This workbook is designed for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one, whether through death or emotional abandonment. It’s especially tailored for survivors of narcissistic abuse and invisible losses who want gentle, trauma-informed tools to process their grief safely.

Is this workbook a replacement for therapy?

No. This workbook is a supportive self-help tool meant to complement professional therapy or coaching. If you are in crisis or dealing with severe trauma, please seek professional mental health support alongside using this workbook. How long will it take to complete the workbook?

The workbook is designed for you to move at your own pace. Some people complete it in a week, others take a month or more. The key is gentle, consistent progress—there’s no rush.

Can I get a refund if it doesn’t work for me?

Due to the digital nature of the workbook, refunds are generally not offered. However, if you have any issues accessing the file or feel it’s not a good fit, please contact us—your satisfaction matters.

Is this workbook suitable if I’m grieving a recent loss?

Yes. The exercises are designed to be trauma-informed and gentle, making them safe for recent and long-term grief. However, if your grief feels overwhelming, consider pairing this workbook with professional support. If you also feel you're ready, contact me to book your coaching sessions and/or containers with me to start your recovery process from trauma.
